What is on

The Halloween sleepover
For one night, 31 October to 1 November, the park runs a Spooky Sea-son Sleepover, from 5:30pm to 9:45am the next morning. Details are on the event page.
A first autumn in the UAE
This is a residency site, and it lists the event for the people a residency site is for: families who have just moved to the UAE, for whom a first October is mostly a question of where the children can go. In the capital, this is the answer with the most fish in it. Yas Island is about an hour's drive from Dubai, and ten days after Halloween the same city hosts Citizenship Expo Abu Dhabi at ADNEC.
Go on a weekday if school allows it: the Halloween programme is the same every day of the season, and the weekends are when the park fills. Junior pricing goes by height rather than age, so measure before booking, and plan the treasure hunt for the start of the day, while the children still have the patience for it. The sleepover is the one part that happens on a single date; if it appeals, it is the thing to book first.
