The IREX Residency & Citizenship Conclave holds its 28th edition in Dubai on January 30 and 31, 2027, at Anantara Downtown in Business Bay, running 11:00 to 19:00 on both days.
It gathers residency and citizenship-by-investment programmes from more than a dozen countries — past editions have featured US EB-5 regional centres alongside Greece, Portugal, Malta, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Thailand and Caribbean programmes.
Worth being clear about what this is not: it sells routes into other countries, not UAE residency. It earns a place here because the audience overlaps almost exactly — people already holding or considering a UAE visa who want a second residency, and who are best placed to compare what AED 2 million buys under the Golden Visa against what a comparable sum buys elsewhere. Treat any figure quoted on a stand as a starting point to verify, not a quote: investment-migration thresholds move, and several of the programmes represented have repriced in recent years.
